1. Processing & Delivery Time
  • Total Delivery Time: All orders are processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Location & Customs
  • All orders are dispatched from our European Union warehouses.
  • Because shipments travel entirely within the EU, customers in Denmark will never face any customs duties, import fees, or unexpected tax charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is final.
3. Shipping Fees
  • We offer reliable, tracked shipping across Denmark.
  • Exact shipping rates (or Free Shipping offers) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched from our EU warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your package in real-time via local European courier services (such as GLS, DPD, or PostNord).
5. Package Protection & Delivery Guarantee
  • We take full responsibility for your shopping experience. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
  • We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund to ensure you are completely satisfied.
6. Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address (including phone number for courier SMS alerts).
  • Nexlio is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
